Privacy Policy for OUAG Tracker

OUAG Tracker ("we", "our", or "the app") is a companion tool developed for players of Once Upon A Galaxy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines our data handling practices.

1. Information We Collect

OUAG Tracker is designed to operate primarily on-device. We do not collect or request personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number, passwords, contacts, or financial details.

2. In-Game & Match Data

The app processes local game log data produced by Once Upon A Galaxy to calculate roll odds, track decks, and display live match statistics on your screen. This includes:

• In-game captain selections and deck card lists
• Match outcomes (placement, round count, and public MMR)
• In-game opponent public display names and public ratings

Match summaries may be submitted to our community database API to aggregate global captain win-rates and placement statistics. No personal identifiers or sensitive device telemetry are linked to these submissions.

3. Permissions Used

• Display Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Required exclusively to display the floating HUD companion over the game while you play.
• Foreground Service: Required to keep the live floating HUD active and responsive during gameplay.
• Shizuku Privileged Access: An optional system service used on Android 14+ to read local game logs directly from the device's storage without requiring root access.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

OUAG Tracker contains no advertisements and does not integrate third-party ad networks or user tracking SDKs.

5. Data Security

All communication with our community tracker API is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS encryption.

6. Data Deletion Requests

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to request the deletion of any submitted game match records, please contact us at: jetstrike.dev@gmail.com (or open an issue on our GitHub project page).
